agreements as part of our procedure to

require a Property Condition
Statement to be signed by all prospective tenants,
along with House Rules and
Regulations. The
information we request from new
prospective tenants include proper
legal identification, a copy of their Social
Security Card, a copy of their
paycheck stub/proof of employment, and we obtain
a Credit Report with FICO
Scores. And we go much
further. We Video Tape
the rental property prior to the
tenant obtaining possession.
This allows us proof
of the property condition, in case
this is needed in a possible future dispute with
this particular tenant. We try to document, in
detail, the rental file with as much
information as possible - prior to
the tenant gaining possession of the
property!
