Bruce Jay Associates offers a full experienced staff with specialized attention for each Listing and Sale through completion. The Bruce Jay Team includes our Property Supervisor, Leasing Coordinator and Marketing Liaison, Maintenance Coordinator for Property Owners concerning Owner or Tenant repair requests or Property Quick-Fixes prior to Marketing, Listing and Advertising Processor, plus our full Accounting Department, and so much more. Our staff is our Team and as a Team we attend to all our Client’s needs at Bruce Jay Associates. In the 1980’s, Bruce Jay owned and operated a Multi-Office Real Estate Firm located in Los Feliz, West Hollywood/Sunset Strip and Brentwood. The company consisted of well over 100 Sales Agents and Marketing Staff Team Members, plus a Property Management Division, managing over one thousand units, citywide.
Bruce Jay was awarded a congratulatory California State Senate Resolution from Honorable David Roberti – 23rd Senatorial District – for an outstanding record of leadership in the business community.
And Bruce Jay was awarded a congratulatory Proclamation by Councilman Mike Woo, for successful service to the community.
In the late 1970’s, Bruce Jay was the Manager of Bob Crane and Associates, a multi-office Leading Brokerage Firm with over 100 Sales Agents. Above and beyond his Management, Bruce Jay was awarded Company-Wide Top Producer for every year he was associated with this successful Professional Agency.
Activities included everything from Condominiums to High-End Residential transactions, investment and commercial property sales and exchanges, and much more. Primarily transacted were Architectural Landmark Properties by such architects as Richard Neutra, Rudolph Schindler and Frank Lloyd Wright.
In the early 1970’s, Bruce Jay transacted large land parcels in Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County at a Beverly Hills based real estate firm, Omnivest International, aka Chartwell Properties.
Most large acreage parcels were located in Adelanto, CA, California City, CA and Palmdale, CA, and included political involvement to help develop these growing locations.
Prior to Bruce Jay’s success in Real Estate, he was actively engaged in the Music Business. Being a musician himself, and a member, as well as a designated Contractor, of the Musician’s Union – Local 47, Bruce developed and contracted Musical and Stage Performances at various prominent establishments such as The Roxy Nightclub and other popular Clubs on Sunset Strip, Knott’s Berry Farm and so many more.
Along with Bruce Jay’s experience in Musical Contracts, he excelled in obtaining his Degree in Psychology at U.C.L.A., where he also completed original investigative experimentation, for this purpose, being awarded his own laboratory at U.C.L.A.
